Fox News reporter Bill Melugin explained today how the Trump administration is refusing to comply with a federal judge’s order to divulge evidence that their deportation flights did not violate his previous order.
The judge gave a deadline of 12 noon today to give him the evidence, and now he’s scheduled a hearing for tomorrow for the administration to give him the information he seeks and to explain why the State Secrets Act, which the administration is invoking, applies to this case.
