It’s a social experiment where a white dude holds up a black lives matter sign in a white neighborhood and then holds up an all lives matter sign in a black neighborhood. The latter part doesn’t go well at all.
While I’m sure plenty of people will take issue with it for whatever reason, the video pretty much speaks for itself.
