WATCH: Butler commissioner disputes Secret Service, says local police were for TRAFFIC ONLY

This morning the Butler township commissioner disputed the claim by the Secret Service that the rooftop on which the shooter tried to assassinate President Trump was supposed to be manned by the local police.

Butler Township Commissioner Edward Natali said his local police only had the responsibility of traffic and emergency situations. They were not supposed to have a sniper on that building.

Watch below:

I like that Natali was honorable in this interview. He made clear he wasn’t there to throw anyone under the bus, including the Secret Service. He was just there to defend his police officers from the wrong accusation that they were supposed to have a sniper on that building.
