WATCH: Catherine Herridge reports that the so-called whistleblower told the IG they had FIRST-HAND information…

Last night Catherine Herridge reported that the so-called whistleblower told the ICIG he or she had first-hand knowledge on the urgent concern form DESPITE saying in the complaint form they had no first-hand knowledge.

Watch:

Fox News reached out to the ICIG press office and in the last few minutes received this statement. Quote, the whistleblower submitted the appropriate disclosure of Urgent Concern Form that was in effect as of August 12, 2019 and had been used by the ICIG since May 24, 2018. The whistleblower stated on the form that he or she possessed both first-hand and other information. It’s worth noting that the first-hand reference appears to be different than the whistleblower complaint that was provided to Congress.

That makes it sound like the so-called whistleblower lied to the ICIG on the Urgent Concern form.

Herridge also points out that despite the reporting of the Federalist last Friday, new forms and analysis now suggest that “there may not be a new hurdle” after all. She quotes Andy McCarthy saying that the whistleblower statute has always allowed second-hand information and it’s up to the IG to make a determination about credibility and urgent concern.

This morning Trump tweeted again on the issue of the so-called whistleblower, asking if they had no first-hand knowledge and is wrong about the call, then why can’t we know who they are as well as the person who leaked to them?
