WATCH: CBS News reporter accuses Trump of gloating about testing while people are dying, but Trump turns it right back on her!

Trump got some nasty questions today, one of which came from CBS News reporter Weijia Jiang, essentially accusing the president of gloating about America’s testing, as if it’s a competition, while people are dying. But Trump turned it right back around on her:

Here’s a partial transcript:

JIANG: You’ve said many times that the US is doing far better than any other country when it comes to testing. Why does that matter? Why is this a global competition to you if every day Americans are still losing their lives and we’re still seeing more cases every day.

TRUMP: We’ll they’re losing their lives everywhere in the world, and maybe that’s a question you should ask China! Don’t ask me, ask China that question ok? When you ask them that question you may get a very unusual answer.

JIANG: Sir why are you saying that to me, specifically?

TRUMP: I’m telling you. I’m not saying it specifically to anybody. I’m saying it to anybody who would ask a nasty question like that.

You see what Jiang tried to do there? She tried to make it about racism because she was originally born in China, asking why Trump said that specifically to her. As if Trump is supposed to know where she’s from? He told HER to ask China because SHE asked the question, and it was one that Trump clearly took offense at. But watch the media take her side and claim racism or something.

If you kept watching the video, you would have heard Trump call on CNN’s Kaitlin Collins but then not allow her to answer the question. But if you look closely, when Trump called on her she said to Jiang “do you want to follow up?” and that’s when Jiang started with the racism crap. After responding to Jiang again, Trump then looked at Collins and said “please go ahead.” Collins just stood there, so Trump pointed someone else out. Then Collins ran up to the mic but Trump had already moved on. When she demanded to ask her question, Trump was having none of it and ended the press conference rather than keep fighting.
