WATCH: Chip Roy denounces atrocious spending bill, reminds Trump that he promised to NEVER to sign a bill like this again…

Rep. Chip Roy is not only calling out his fellow Republicans for supporting an atrocious spending bill in the House, but reminding Trump that he promised never to sign a bill like this again.

Watch:

After going through a litany of problems with this spending bill, including the funding of abortion through Obamacare, Roy says they’ve only had the text of this bill since yesterday at 4:30pm. He says no one has read the bill because it’s a “massive unreadable 2,313 page bill filled with government expanded goodies and spending.”

Roy says the bill is a blatant violation of the House 72-hour rule that gives a minimum of 72 hours to review legislation and reminds Trump that he said he would never sign a bill done this hastily again:

“The president last spring, about a massive omnibus said, I will never sign another bill like this again. I’m not going to do it again. Nobody read it; it’s only hours old. Some people don’t even know what’s in it. It’s 1.3 trillion dollars, the second largest ever.”

Roy concludes by saying “Mr. President, I look forward to your veto.”
