Representative Chip Roy from Texas is absolutely livid over Congress jamming through what he says is another massive spending bill and giving members hardly any time to read it, expecting them to vote on it without any debate in just hours.
All the while he says Democrats are lecturing Republicans about protecting the institution and standing with Ukraine.
Chip Roy let them have it:

Just four hours. I would say this is unbelievable, but it really happens far too often and, at times, from both parties.
As a side note, I’d totally vote for Roy as the next Speaker of the House in January if I were in Congress.
