Rep. Brandon Gill went after former Biden hack Jack Smith today over his phone record subpoenas of former House Speaker Kevin McCarthy right after he was sworn in as Speaker, accusing him of knowingly violating the speech and debate clause, which gives legislators immunity from prosecution regarding their work as congressmen, and keeping this hostile subpoena secret by getting the court to force a non-disclosure on McCarthy.

Gill has been quite impressive this year when it comes to questioning corrupt witnesses in these hearings. I’m really starting to like this guy. Hope he doesn’t ruin it.
