Dana Loesch just raised a red flag about Pam Bondi’s Attorney General nomination with regard to gun rights and red flag laws.
Here’s what she posted:
This is VERY concerning. Pam Bondi is seen here advocating for red flag law — a complete obliteration of due process. Removing natural rights requires a process of adjudication that red flag denies.

What she was seen advocating here is that when someone is ‘civilly committed’ in Florida, meaning they are involuntarily detained in a hospital or treatment facility for a mental disorder, Bondi wants police to be able to go in and take their guns away without any adjudication, or due process.
I agree with Dana that this is a big red flag for Bondi if she intends to pursue this kind of removal of gun rights. This needs to be hashed out in her nomination hearings because this is the kind of thing that could kill her nomination.
