Last night it was reported that there were four survivors of the crash between an American Airlines commuter jet and an Army helicopter, but that reporting now seems wrong unfortunately.
This morning the fire chief in Washington DC said there were no survivors and that this is now a recovery operation and no longer a rescue mission:
