Dr. Robert Epstein, a researcher at the American Institute for Behavioral Research and Technology, argues the coronavirus can literally be stopped in its tracks by doing mass testing. He explains below:
What Epstein is advocating is actually quite simple. He calls for mass producing a Covid-19 test, similar to say a birth control test, and getting it in everyone’s hands so they can test themselves.
If someone has Covid-19, they must self-isolate. Businesses can also do this kind of simple testing before someone enters.
Once the people who actually have the virus know it and are quarantining themselves, Epstein says we can get the economy started literally the next day. And the effect it will have on the virus over time is to kill it.
