J.A. Adande, a regular guest on ESPN’s Around The Horn, said today that Americans can’t criticize China’s barbaric treatment of the Uyghurs because police brutality and voter ID laws:

Here’s what Adande said, in part:
“Who are we to criticize China’s human rights record when we have ongoing attacks by agents of the state against unarmed citizens and we’ve got assaults on the voting rights of our people of color in various states in this country.”
Unbelievable. Adande is just another BLM mouthpiece who hates America and uses that to justify silence against China’s human rights abuses. Seriously, this sounds like something a Communist Chinese official would say.
And the host of the show just let him spew this garbage as if he agreed. Well I guess, he probably did.
Here’s a little reaction to it from Twitter:
This is beyond parody. This is unacceptable.
It’s one thing that someone on tv compares voter id – something 80 percent of Americans support – to genocide. It’s another to understand he teaches journalism at Northwestern.

This is an actual CCP taking point. He's acting as a spokesperson for them. https://t.co/444iyp2FYq

Oh my. @ESPN just promoted the video of this idiot comparing the CCP committing genocide, slave labor, forced abortions and forced sterilizations to red states requiring voter ID.https://t.co/sxxnerYanb

This is evil. Excusing genocide to own the cons is quite the strategy and a pathetic one at that.#GenocideGames #Olympics #Beijing2022 https://t.co/Qull5KApoc
