Nancy Pelosi and Chuck Schumer didn’t win any awards last night for their ‘disappointing’ response to Trump’s Oval Office speech last night, not even from the left.
Newsbusters posted video of MSNBC host Brian Williams, James Carville and Michael Steele mocking how bad it was.
Watch:
Most notably in the segment is how Brian Williams characterized the response…
Tell me why responses are so bad tonight. This Chuck and Nancy visual tonight launched 1,000 memes while they were still talking. There was an American gothic meme. There was “your mother and I are very upset you stayed out so late” meme. And someone has to account for Bobby Jindal, his guest appearance in Gone with the Wind and for Rubio drinking water. But this visual from tonight goes down in the pantheon.
It’s hard to beat Rubio drinking water, but Pelosi and Schumer sure gave it their best shot.
You can watch the rest of the video for more, but here is some of the mocking I saw on Twitter regarding their response:

Schumer and Pelosi look like they are SUPER disappointed in America's report card. pic.twitter.com/wRDKutzGo3

Schumer and Pelosi have been in Washington for a half century and all the problems from when they first got here still exist. Trump actually sounded like the adult in the room.

In defense of Schumer and Pelosi, at least they didn’t live stream it from their kitchen while drinking beer.

Oh wait…that would have been better.
Ok those last two are mine. But the one with Lindsey Graham might be my favorite. Either that or the face switcheroo one. Both hilarious.
