Devin Nunes gave a presser a few minutes ago outside the White House and just after he had briefed Trump. What he had to say suggested Trump may very well have been right about being surveilled by the Obama administration. While he said the intelligence collected was possibly legal, he clearly questioned whether Trump communications collected should have been in the reports and said the president should be concerned about this.
Also he said the intel reports he saw had nothing to do with Russia.
Here are a few tweets that highlight the press conference:

Here’s a few reaction tweets to the presser:
MEDIA: Trump's a spy so Obama had to spy on him!
TRUMP: Obama spied on me.
MEDIA: No he didn't!
NUNES: Yeah he did.
MEDIA: Ugh old news.— Sean Davis (@seanmdav) March 22, 2017
Dear fake news media: when Trump said he was "wiretapped" EVERY ordinary American knows it meant "surveilled" but we use regular speak

I'm here listening to Nunes and he's saying intel collected was "legal" and "incidental" and yet "inappropriate" and raises questions. Huh.
