A few hero cops in the Foothill division of the LAPD literally save a man’s life yesterday as they pulled him from a plane crash on railroad tracks seconds before a train smashed right through the plane.
“Foothill Division Officers displayed heroism and quick action by saving the life of a pilot who made an emergency landing on the railroad tracks at San Fernando Rd. and Osborne St., just before an oncoming train collided with the aircraft.”
What an amazing rescue! Not only did these cops save this man’s life, but they put their own lives on the line to do it.
I hope they all get medals for such heroism.
