Joe Biden said today he’s trying to get Congress to dramatically increase its international climate financing as the world seeks to spend $100 billion.
Biden claims that the US has contributed a lot to climate change over the last 300 years – and you know exactly who will be spending most of that $100 billion. American taxpayers.

After his remarks, Biden kicked the press out of the room before turning it over to John Kerry:
BIDEN: "Now, I'd ask the press to depart, which will only take about two minutes, I'm sure. No, I'll ask the press to depart, and, uh, I'm gonna turn it over to Secretary Kerry, my special envoy on climate…"

What the hell is so secret that Biden needs to kick them out? That makes zero sense.
Lastly, Biden had a little trouble reading his pre-written remarks. I know, shocker.
