WATCH: Joe Biden SLURS his way through his NATO speech

Joe Biden was on the international stage tonight giving a big NATO speech and I swear he slurred his way through half of it. That’s probably an exaggeration but there’s a couple great examples from his speech where you could barely tell what he was saying, if at all.

Is this going to reinstate confidence in Biden from world leaders abroad and Democrats at home? Very unlikely…
