A reporter for NBC pointed out how Biden has called for the urgency of these issues and yet here he is sleeping during the climate conference, noting these can be ’embarrassing situations’:

 
I think just about everything Biden does these days is embarrassing for the country. But honestly, if I had to listen to mind numbing politicians talking about climate change, I’d fall asleep too! Heck, I could have used these speeches last night to help me get to sleep!
