Jonathan Turley weighed in on the Supreme Court’s oral arguments this morning on Trump’s claims of immunity regarding the 2020 election and January 6th.
In short, Turley felt it was very positive for Trump and suggests there won’t be a trial before the election if it is remanded back to the lower courts.
Tuley also said the real haymaker was when Roberts began mocking the DC Circuit arguments for their standard of prosecuting a president.
