The View’s Joy Behar today couldn’t believe that Rep. Mike Kelly admitted he took hydroxychloroquine for COVID-19, saying “I can believe anybody with a brain would take it”:
While Kelly obviously disagreed with Behar, he did go on to explain that he can’t definitely say that HCQ (and Z-Pak) is what cured him. But he noted that after nine days he wasn’t sick any longer and that he then quarantined himself for another month in order to make be sure he wouldn’t spread it.
It clearly worked on Kelly, despite him being a type-2 diabetic, which is likely why he’s here right now with us. Kelly did note that he never manifested any respiratory symptoms, but who knows if that would have come later had he not taken the drug.
Behar is just a Trump-hating fool. The ironic thing is it’s not only Trump who has said this drug works. Governor Cuomo has also said it as well, as we’ve pointed out here, which is why he was asking for loads of it from the federal government.
I seriously hope people don’t put faith in what they hear from some of these liberal hacks on The View. For Behar to spew “I can believe anybody with a brain would take it” has more to do with her hatred for Trump that it does the truth about the drug. And I worry about the people who refuse to take something that might heal them because Behar is a moron.
