Kamala Harris seems all over the place in this short video from The View today where she’s asked how she’d deal with border crossers since she wants to decriminalize the border:
After McCain points out that Harris that she’s in favor of decriminalizing border crossings because she raised her hand in the debate, Harris says that’s not accurate.
She then claims she’s for a secure border and doesn’t want to decriminalize it. BUT she doesn’t want to treat illegal border crossers as criminals.
It sounds to me like she’s trying to have it both ways. She doesn’t want to change the law but she also doesn’t want to enforce it. How very Obama.
