Saturday on Fox & Friends, Wendy Rittenhouse was on air to talk about the Kenosha trial of her son, Kyle Rittenhouse, for the events that took place on the night of August 20 last year during the riots and mayhem wrought by BLM and Antifa on the town where has family and friends and close community ties.
During the interview they talked about Kyle’s time on the witness stand and how mom felt while he was there. Rachel Campos Duffy said “even before this trial started” that Rittenhouse was “defamed by some of our country’s most powerful citizens, including, by the way, the president of the United States who when he was a candidate weighed in and essentially called your son essentially a white supremacist. Do you know from talking to Kyle if, when this is all over, if he plans to file a defamation suit, or in some way do something about, especially the president of the United States interfering in that way in the justice system, and defaming him?”
“Our lawyers are gonna handle that,” said Wendy Rittenhouse. That’s just a great and loaded answer.
The whole interview was fascinating. The trial has been a case study (sorry) in how the media distorts the truth in service to the narrative and leftist philosophy. It’s good to see a bit of truth on TV, even if it’s on Fox News.
