Kyle Rittenhouse’s mother was on with Hannity last night where she was asked about the trial as well as people defaming her son.
Watch:
Here’s an excerpt:
When I saw the presidential candidate debate, when I saw that I was shocked, I was angry. President Biden don’t know my son whatsoever, and he’s not a White supremacist. He’s not a racist. And did that for the votes. And I was so angry for a while at him and what he did to my son, he defamed him.
So many in the garbage media have defamed Kyle and continue to do so. The media clearly has a hate-on for him, continuing to portray him in a negative light because he went there to protect businesses and help people.
Here’s an example from this morning:
CNN's @DonLemon: "People on the right are making Kyle Rittenhouse out to be a choir boy b/c he went across state lines & inserted himself into a situation where he had nothing to do with … if a black kid did that … how would America feel about that?" pic.twitter.com/OEp7oMrgQY

Don Lemon is essentially calling people who support Kyle Rittenhouse racist. It’s what people like him always do when they’ve got nothing else. Supporters of Kyle believe he acted in self defense after going to Kenosha with honorable intentions because THAT’S WHAT ALL THE EVIDENCE SHOWS. This isn’t about Kyle being black or white, it’s about the evidence.
Here’s another:
CNN’s @brikeilarcnn & @donlemon: Kyle Rittenhouse trying to maintain order in Kenosha is “vigilantism”
"We’re not supposed to be vigilantes. We’re not supposed to taking justice into our own hands. Imagine if every single person in America did that." pic.twitter.com/yCJdUTGDVK

Whether you agree with him going to Kenosha or not is irrelevant. It doesn’t change WHY he did it and what happened there. You can’t impugn his motives or call him evil just because you disagree with him being there in the first place.
Also, it’s not vigilantism at all. Kyle only took his gun to protect himself. He really went there to put out fires and protect businesses because he’d just seen, like we all did, the massive damage done in the riots days before this. He wanted to do something to minimize the damage because he believed what was going on was wrong. In that sense, Kyle is an American hero.
