Tonight President Trump will attend the Al Smith Dinner while Kamala Harris will not be there. Instead she is addressing the dinner by pre-recorded video.
Trump is said to be speaking around 9:15PM ET. The live stream from PBS Newshour had it beginning at 7:30pm and that is what the website said as well. Not sure why the change.
