President Trump will sign executive orders and hold a news conference on reciprocal tariffs today in the Oval Office at 1:00 P.M.

He’s very much looking forward to this, having tweeted this morning in all caps:

NEWS CONFERENCE ON RECIPROCAL TARIFFS TODAY, 1:00 P.M., THE OVAL OFFICE. MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN!!!

I’d be shocked if it were on time. These things are almost always late.
