The Supreme Court is set this morning to hear oral arguments about Idaho’s abortion ban at 10AM.
The high court will decide whether Biden’s argument “that even in states where abortion is banned, federal health care law says hospitals must be allowed to terminate pregnancies in rare emergencies where a patient’s life or health is at serious risk” is valid or if Idaho’s ban supercedes it.
