A local Pennsylvania SWAT team told ABC News that they were supposed to get a face to face briefing with the Secret Service before the Trump rally on July 13 but that never happened.
It was at that point one of the SWAT team members said he begin to feel things were wrong.

This makes NO SENSE.
The officer says they were supposed to have a meeting with the sniper team when they arrived, which never happened.

Earlier today we pointed out that the Secret Service claims they were never told by local law enforcement about Crooks before the assassination attempt.
At the end of the day, I think the lion’s share of the blame goes to the Secret Service because they are the ones in charge of protecting President Trump. If they didn’t establish communication with law enforcement properly such that they would be informed of anything suspicious, that’s on them. If they didn’t brief local law enforcement, that’s on them.
That’s just the way I see it.
