Mark Halperin was on with Tucker Carlson and suggested that if what we’ve been seeing from black men anecdotally ends up being true at large, then Trump will smash the previous record of a Republican getting support from black men in this election.
Halperin said that it appears that some young black men identify with Trump because he’s been persecuted. When Trump has pointed this out, the media has said that’s racist. But Halperin says in his experience, that’s just true.

Halperin adds that “the failure of liberals to make life in cities for poor kids better is also a massive scandal” and that’s another reason Trump is gaining support.
