We told you last month that a federal judge refused to allow DA Alvin Bragg to block a subpoena by the House Judiciary Committee for Trump hater and former Manhattan prosecutor Mark Pomerantz. This is the prosecutor who resigned in protest after Bragg refused to prosecute Trump over his finances.
Well today he was before the Judiciary Committee and here’s how it went:
Former Trump prosecutor Mark Pomerantz testified before the House Judiciary Committee today. I asked if he violated President Trump’s constitutional rights – he pled the fifth.

Gaetz said that Pomerantz even pled the fifth when Democrats asked him questions.
Even though pleading the fifth is not an admission of guilt, Gaetz found it entirely odd for Pomerantz to do so repeatedly when he wrote a book about prosecuting Trump.
Gaetz suggests that the judiciary committee will be seeking a court order to compel Pomerantz to testify. Watch the video for more..
