Matt Walsh went to his Nashville School Board meeting and dropped some cold hard facts on them regarding them manding that children wear masks in schools:

Since he did this, the media has lied about his comments claiming he said COVID doesn’t affect children:
The media is running with the claim that I said COVID has no effect on children . I never said that. You can watch the video and hear what I said. These people just lie with abandon. pic.twitter.com/HJaXBayGeS

But that’s CLEARLY not what he said. Walsh actually said it poses almost no risk to children, and then goes on to point out that 4.2 million children have tested positive for COVID and that only 0.008% have died.
I personally corrected the first reporter who made this claim, and now other reporters are repeating that reporter, in spite of my correction and the fact that the video is available to watch

The Daily Beast is also accusing him of teaming up with the Proud Boys or something:
This whole article from @thedailybeast is tremendous. Apparently we’re now teamed up with the Proud Boys. I wasn’t aware of that. I was at the meeting and it looked like a bunch of normal middle aged parents concerned for their kids. pic.twitter.com/cPEKK9nUmM
