This morning Megyn Kelly reminded me of why I liked her so much on Fox News as she schooled these excuse-making liberals who want to blame Republicans for everything related to Christine Ford’s sexual harassment accusations against Brett Kavanaugh.

This clips shows exactly the point I was making in the other thread. These excuse-making liberals are very dismissive of how Democrats sat on this allegation by Ford for two months and only brought it up at the very last second. They aren’t interested in blaming Dianne Feinstein or any other Democrat. They just say ‘this is where we are now’ and then continue trying to blame ‘partisan’ Republicans for not kowtowing to the demands of Ford.
But as I suggested, Kelly stands her ground and continues to point out that Democrats are to blame and that Republicans are in charge here. She also points out that the Senate’s job isn’t a criminal investigation, but rather advice and consent because this is a Supreme Court nomination.
Despite saying she has no problem with an independent investigation, she still defends Trump’s point about the FBI not doing investigations like these, arguing that there was no federal crime committed.
