At a news conference announcing a lawsuit against Apple, Merrick Garland was asked why he didn’t protect Joe Biden from Robert Hur’s report pointing out Biden’s bad memory and acuity.
But Garland shot the reporter down saying “the idea that an attorney general would edit, redact or censor the special counsel’s explanation for why the special counsel reached the decision the special counsel did – that’s absurd.”
