Tiffany Cross and Elie Mystal today accused Sen. Josh Hawley of solicitation of murder, or attempted assassination of judge Ketanji Brown Jackson.
Let’s be very clear. This wasn’t some kind of hyperbole or metaphor. Elie Mystal spelled it out, taking great pains to make sure it was clear that he was saying Josh Hawley is doing this with malice and forethought. Actively soliciting the death of the judge.
“What Josh Hawley is doing, let’s let’s be very clear. What Josh Hawley is doing when he tries to do this, is he iss trying to get her killed. He is trying to get violence done against a Supreme Court nominee.”

“He is trying to get violence done,” says Mystal. No ambiguity about what he’s accusing Hawley of, and he says we “know” this because Hawley knows about Pizzagate. So he even gave a REASON he’s sure this is a deliberate, conscious act.
Like, isn’t there a law that applies here? Can you just say that a Senator is trying to murder someone and nobody does anything? I’m asking, if y’all know, tell us about it in the comments.
