WATCH: Noem now claims she won’t sign the bill because it would bring lawsuits from the NCAA

Kristi Noem said today in a presser that she won’t sign the bill banning biological men from women’s sports because it also bans this at the college level, something she said would bring lawsuits:

Noem said the NCAA is a private association and they can do what they want, so if she signs this bill as it is, it could bring lawsuits.

But conservatives aren’t buying it:

Many universities are public, meaning they are funded by state governments. But that’s beside the point. Don’t females at the collegiate level deserve protecting too? Otherwise, what’s the point for a young female to even considering the pursuit of a career in athletics if they know it will be eventually dominated by biological men pretending to be women.

This is exactly why we must fight back against woke groups like the NCAA and try to reverse the immoral slide of our culture. And that fight might take place in the courts, but it’s a fight worth having even if we lose a battle her or there.
