An obnoxious Democrat in a House hearing today with Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent claimed that he was interrupting her because she is a woman.

What actually happened was that she said something which was wrong, and Bessent was merely trying to correct her.

She got angry that he interrupted her and claimed he was doing it because she is a woman, to which Republicans expressed their dismay with several “c’mons” being heard in the room.
