James O’Keefe and his lawyer were on with Hannity tonight to discuss the pre-dawn raid of his home and what the FBI confiscated.

O’Keefe said the FBI showed up to his home at 5 in the morning and he opened the door to 10 FBI agents with a battering ram.
He says they cuffed him and threw him against the hallway. They raided his apartment and confiscated his phone, which has a lot of his reporter notes, sources unrelated to this story, and confidential donor information.
It’s outrageous that they can just seize that kind of information from an undercover news organization.

I will note that some are suggesting that this whole diary thing could have been a setup from the beginning. No idea if that’s true, but it wouldn’t shock me.
