A senior vice president at CNN was caught on tape in September discussing how terrifying it would be for Cubans to vote for Trump, and that some of them are only voting for Trump because they love ‘bullies’:

This is incredibly demeaning and racist to the Cuban people, suggesting that they would only vote for Trump because they are attracted to bullies. She’s basically saying that it’s impossible that they would have voted for Trump because of his policies and economy, that they are just a bunch of idiots that like to be bullied around. That’s especially despicable considering that the Cubans in Florida fled an actual bully and dictator, Castro, to come to the land of freedom.
Hudson also claimed that Trump wooed them with his narrative that Biden and the left are socialist, saying that Biden hasn’t done enough to counter that narrative. Well that’s partly true. Biden and the left are socialist, but the Cuban people didn’t need Trump to tell them about it, they see it with their own eyes, as we all do.
