Last night Oversight Committee Chairman James Comer was on Fox News and was asked if FBI Director Christopher Wray will go to prison if he doesn’t turn over the document.
Comer said: “Well that’s up to Christopher Wray. I know that I wouldn’t want to be held in contempt of Congress and end up in prison being the former head of the FBI.”

I think we all know that Biden’s DOJ would NEVER prosecute Christopher Wray for contempt of Congress. In fact they would never honor any contempt of Congress from a Republican committee in the first place. They’ve only been weaponized against Republicans, not on their behalf.
So this suggestion or threat by Comer doesn’t amount to much in my opinion.
