The Irish Prime Minister was asked by a reporter in the Oval Office why he would allow Rosie O’Donnell to move to Ireland, saying she’s going to lower his happiness level.

President Trump responded that he likes that question, asking the Taoiseach (head of Irish government) if he knows who Rosie O’Donnell is, saying “you’re better off not knowing”…
