He said one of those ships would be operational in New York harbor by next week. That’s nonsense. It will not be there by next week.
That was 10 days ago. The USNS Comfort is operational in the New York harbor as of this morning. Maddow said this was nonsense, that neither ship would be available “for weeks yet”. Boy did she miss the boat on this one.
