Rep. Matt Gaetz ripped into General Milley and Secretary Austin pretty hard this morning over their failure in Afghanistan:
Gaetz didn’t pull any punches, going after Austin for his failure in Syria and Afghanistan as well as Milley for spending more time with Bob Woodward than he did studying the vulnerability of the Afghan government.
He made clear he felt both generals were incompetent and told them if they had any other president, they’d already be fired.
