Today in a press conference, a reporter actually asked Governor DeSantis where he stands “on the divide between Pence and Trump”:

Despite the ridiculous attempt by this reporter to drag DeSantis in the mud, I love the answer by DeSantis, first laughing it off because he refuses to be drawn into that controversy.
He went on to praise President Trump, saying he got “a hell of a lot more done” when Trump was president than with the current president.
But with Biden he says “whatever I want to do, they will do the opposite”, joking that if he wants them to do something, he should just do the opposite and they’ll probably do it.
