Yesterday a federal judge found that Trump violated Harvard’s rights when he denied funding to Harvard over the right to end antisemitism, claiming it was illegal or something.
Of course CNN’s liberals were happy about the ruling, but Scott Jennings revealed what the judge said in his ruling about how Trump is right:
I love how Jennings immediately pushed back on the notion that Trump didn’t try and work with Harvard. That’s baloney, evidenced by the back and forth with Harvard earlier this year and how Trump has worked with other institutions to end both DEI and antisemitism.
This ruling is likely already in the process of getting appealed.
