This is somewhat similar to Sean Spicer’s exchange with ABC’s Jon Karl. Spicer tells CNN’s Jim Acosta that this is a two way street and hits back at the constant theme in the media to undercut Trump.

Despite all the crazy things Trump has said and done, it’s true that the media has been obsessed with undermining his election since November 8th and Spicer has a legitimate beef here. It was actually nice to see Spicer hit back at the media in this press conference and open this discussion in a more civilized manner.
But as we all know Trump isn’t innocent here either and needs to be less critical of fair reporting and not get so upset about disloyal reporting, or reporting that doesn’t make him sound good.
It is a two-way street.
