Biden only remembered it when the person in his secret earpiece shouted at him and he finally corrected it – at least that’s what I think happened. I doubt Biden would have even remembered it on his own.
If I were Zelenskey, I would have got to the podium and said “Thank you President Trump”. That would have been gold.
As far as Biden’s mental state, this speaks volumes to Democrats who are already worried about him remaining the nominee.
