Late last night one of Shark Tank’s star investors, Kevin O’Leary, was on CNN to talk about the insane $355 million dollar judgement against Trump for inflating his assets in his dealings with banks.
CNN host Laura Coates suggests that investors should be happy that the courts are holding people like Trump accountable for fraud. But O’Leary quickly hits back asking ‘what fraud?’ and then describes how this process works with the banks doing their own due diligence in these loans.
He then points out just how bad this judgement is for New York, noting that it will scare off investors who fear the same bogus lawsuits will be filed against them that have been filed against Trump.
