Five sheriffs in Texas and a number of ICE officers are suing the Biden administration for breaking federal law by not allowing them to arrest and deport criminal illegals:
Bill Melugin reports that in one incident, ICE agents were prevented from taking custody of an illegal, arrested by a local sheriff’s department, who had been previously deported and also had a conviction for sexual battery of a child.
Melugin says that ICE agents are only averaging one arrest every two months, which is absurd given how many illegals are coming across the border every day.
He notes that just this week, three illegals who had been previously deported were arrested and all of them had criminal records that dealt with sex crimes, one of which was the rape of a child.
