On Saturday Ted Cruz sat down with Chris Hayes for a one hour discussion on a myriad of topics at the 2019 Texas Tribune Festival. One of those topics was Climate Change and I must say Ted Cruz wiped the floor with Hayes who was just no match for him:
Unfortunately the video stops as the climate discussion seems to continue. But if you want more then you’re in luck, because the entire multi-topic discussion goes on for an hour and you can watch it below in the updated section where I’ve just added it.
Here’s another clip from the discussion on the topic of the Trump’s Ukraine call, which Cruz readily admits has the appearance of a conflict of interest:
.@TedCruz on the Trump phone call with the Ukraine president: "I will readily acknowledge the Biden part is more troubling." He says it's not a quid pro quo, but "I would of wished the president had not gone down that road." #TribFest19 pic.twitter.com/6qXMeaQZkR

While he says Trump shouldn’t have gone down that road, Cruz also notes that there’s a very long distance between that and arguing for impeachment.
If you don’t have time to watch the full video below, I did find this excerpted highlight video from the hour-long discussion posted by Cruz himself:
UPDATE: I just found the full hour long discussion on Facebook and you can watch it below. Click ahead to just before the 7 minute mark where the debate begins and don’t forget to unmute it:
