WATCH: Ted Cruz explains to Ben Shapiro his investigation into the discrimination of Christians at Yale Law School…

Yesterday it was announced that Ted Cruz has opened an investigation, via his Judiciary Subcommittee on the Constitution, into discriminatory polices adopted by Yale Law School against Christians and conservatives.

Today he went on the Ben Shapiro show to explain what the investigation is all about:

Cruz explains how this all began at Yale and it was basically a triggered SJW response to an Alliance Defending Freedom attorney coming on their campus to explain their lawsuit and SCOTUS victory for Masterpiece Cakeshop.

When the ADF attorney showed up to discuss this, the LGBT group named ‘Outlaws’ got triggered and began protesting.

They then made demands of the law school which led to Yale to begin these discriminatory polices, both through admissions and financial aid.

Cruz said it’s possible that this investigation could end up with a referral to the Justice Department because Yale is a recipient of federal funds.

Cruz explains all that and more in the clip above, so be sure and watch it.

  1. University’s are caving left and right on the dumbest things. Just revoke any and all federal funds towards Yale NOW. Send the message and demonstrate that there are consequences to this unethical and unconstitutional discrimination. This crap pisses me off so much and it’s destroying America!!! OF COURSE Ben Shapiro and Ted Cruz are on top of this!

  2. How come none of the attorneys I hire are ever smart, aggressive, and creative like Cruz (or Shapiro)?

Cruz is always finding inventive ways to use the law to right wrongs and balance injustices. My attorneys are always surprised and then befuddled, offering more platitudes than sound legal advice.

  3. UUUGGGHHHH!!!!! I’m sick of hearing about GoT. Please stop already. I’ve not seen a single episode and I’m so glad it’s finally over. When a stupid tv show leads the news you know the society has become as dumb as a box of rocks.

  4. You know what happens when you demand that people hold a certain point of view before you even let them attend your college or law school? People will outwardly mouth the accepted platitudes, but you can’t make them believe it in their heart. Ask anyone who grew up behind the Iron Curtain.

    1. I haven’t watched television since 2007. The final straw for me was when some news anchor was yammering on about global warming. So as a result I can proudly say that I haven’t seen a single episode of Game of Thrones and I don’t intend to anytime soon. But yeah I’m tired of hearing about it as well.

  5. The Rule of Law is being displaced by the Rulings of Lawyers and the purveyors of LawFare.

  8. Cruz and Shapiro! What a combo! throw in Mark Levin and there you have
Three notable Americans I can relate to.

  9. It’s time to stop Federal funding to ALL colleges since tuition is skyrocketing and certain freedoms are being suppressed. Enough, already. I challenge billionaires to build more freedom loving colleges for NORMAL kids, you know, the ones who really want to learn. I can’t wait until future employers look at these idiots’ social media pages and find out what they’re really like. Employers are already doing this. It’s one of the first things they do now when looking at applications. I don’t blame them.
