CNN has blocked on YouTube a supercut that was created by Grabien from their coverage of Wednesday’s phony impeachment hearing. Here’s what CNN doesn’t want you to see:

Tom Elliott reported today that CNN had removed it from YouTube:
CNN had this supercut removed from YouTube … sensitive much? https://t.co/3NPy2X3M0m

David Rutz from Free Beacon told Elliott that he should appeal because supercuts are protected under Fair Use:
really? you should be able to get it reinstated. Supercuts are protected under Fair Use.
— David Rutz (@DavidRutz) December 6, 2019
But Elliott said he did appeal with a counterclaim and is getting screwed over by YouTube:
Filed a counterclaim making that precise point. Youtube replied: "Unfortunately, it's unclear to us whether you have a valid reason for filing a counter notification, so we won't be able to honor your request.” Not sure if I care enough to keep fighting.

Why should it matter if Elliott has a valid reason? Fair Use is Fair Use and YouTube should honor it. Pathetic. Big Tech silences a conservative again.
